This course provides training in the use of iSBEM, the basic interface to SBEM, a tool used for energy performance assessment under Section 6 of the Scottish Building Standards Non-Domestic Handbook.

Detailed Description

The course comprises 10 videos (each between 15 and 30 minutes long) covering the main elements of iSBEM:

• iSBEM Basics,
• General form,
• Project database form,
• Geometry form,
• Building services form,
• Ratings form.

A online assessment must be completed, after which delegates are granted access to the case study, which must be carried out using iSBEM. The submission of correct results for the case study from iSBEM is required for the successful completion of the course.
