The second, more advanced course in a series of two aimed at upskilling your maintenance team to bring about huge business benefits, including reduced maintenance and production costs and increased safety and profits, focuses on optimising your maintenance plan with Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM).

This highly interactive course will give you the tools you need to build reliability into your processes using RCM methodology alongside Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA) principles, with industry examples highlighting the importance of technology in helping you maintain critical assets.
