Description

Join us on Wednesday 18th October for our first ReallySmallScience Holiday Club. Children of all ages (6-18) can work with us in a real lab, doing science experiments on dirt, sludge, jelly and goo. Meet chemical engineers and learn what kind of work a chemical engineer does.

Our club will run from 9:30 - 12:30 and is led by engineers and researchers from the Department of Chemical Engineering. All our club leaders are experienced science communicators and have run activities in schools across Glasgow and during science festivals.

We welcome both primary and secondary school scientists, with activities tailored to each age group. (For final year secondary students, the department will be holding an open day in the afternoon after our club, details can be found here.

Time: 09:30 - 12:30

Location: University of Strathclyde

*We may take photographs for social media, training and promotional purposes. Please indicate “Yes” in the questionnaire if you consent to images of your child(ren) being used for publicity and publications related to ReallySmallScience. We will not share images taken with other organisations other than for purposes outlined.
